MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!! 
Well, the good news is, our internet is back up..the bad news is, my computer is the only one that has a connection worth a damn...so my man has to tinker with that a bit so we don't have to share computers..cause you know...that sucks! LOL Never mind the fact that most people don't have the luxury of having a computer per person! LOL We're so spoiled over here! LOL
Well, my friend's invitation to spend Christmas with she and her family fell through I guess...I've tried calling her a few times today....and over the past week..but to no avail..the last i talked to her was Tuesday at which point she informed me she had pink eye...so maybe she just can't see the phone to answer it? I don't know...so I guess Pie and I are going to be doing our traditional Chinese food dinner for Christmas by ourselves this year...seeing as that is the only thing open...and then probably go to bed early...sigh...I'm kinda disappointed...I was really hoping to socialize atleast a little bit today...oh well...and the thing that sucks even more than that..this is our kidless weekend...so here we are...our first actual kidless weekend in a MONTH...our oldest was sick with the flu on our last kidless weekend so her mom wouldn't take her...so our first one in a month and we STILL can't do anything because everyone is out with family and everything is closed..sigh...I like it better when Christmas falls during the week I think.....
I'm still sick damn it...Vanny reminded me that I don't have the immune system of a child anymore...which didn't help! LOL I can remember getting a cold one day and going back to school the next...now I get a cold and I'm in bed atleast two days, and take an additional one to two days to completely recuperate...and THAT'S only if I don't get an infection in the process...which is what happened this time...damn sinus infection...so my cold is gone..but my head feels like someone is smashing it open with thier hands..I've been up since 5am...it hurt too bad to lay it on a pillow...I've taken three different types of pain pills...and nothing seems to be working...hell, even my teeth are aching! I actually started getting the sinus infection, along with this headache, on Wednesday so I suppose I should have done something about it then...but me and my optimism...sigh...I've been longing to climb back into the bed all day...

no kids & you're not doing anything? even going to bed early? come on, whats the deal here? this is so unlike you! is it cause of you being sick? you should have gone to the movies cause movie theaters are open on xmas! or even a strip club...i may be doing that tonight in fact with a girly to hopefully get some! *crosses fingers* 
now dammit...get better already!

We both have been fighting a cold since before Thanksgiving! We left my dad's house a day early today because we're both so under the weather.
