Well, it's a new year, and I'm starting it off on the wrong foot.
I'm so broke it hurts.
Beginning yet another year single.
Starting a job that pays poorly and is mindless and boring.
I'm going to quit smoking this year. If I'm lucky I'll find someone that suits me, but going by history, it's not going to happen -- again.
I'm going to work on my work ethic. That is to say, change my mentality to one of, "Just do it and get it done. You need the money, it doesn't matter what you're doing as long as they're paying you for it."
And how hard is it to find an attractive, sarcastic, geek chick? *sigh* Am I really doomed to not find someone that I enjoy being around? I guess that's what happens when you become so consumed by computers and technology that you lose interest in what most people are interested in. You stop seeing the point in most things that people typically talk about. I can't talk about politics because I'm so sick of it. I can't talk about sports because I think they're retarded. I can't talk about the weather because that pisses me off, too. I can't even bring myself to approach someone that I'm attracted to.
Meh. Whatever. I have to get ready for work now. I really hope Kat can help me get a job at Berbee. It would make my life a hojillion times better.
