A slow day at the zoo here, I woke up at half past noon on my last day off this week. (Yawn!)

Weirdly enough I was cooking food until 3:30 am last night! When you buy freshly packaged meats, you HAVE TO cook them right away, or freeze them. Some people say frozen foods taste the same, but I swear I can tell the difference whether you nuke, bake, or fry.

I'm off to have a bite, a whole Pot of Java, a hot bath and a good book!

Man, I wish I had 7 days off a week again, like a few years ago, when I retired for 2 years! (Long Story!)
