yes well, at the rate that thread is going, I'll probably be booted off the site by morning.

I'm rather okay with that at this point, though. Clearly this site just isn't for me. It's too bad, though, so many of the girls on it were really beautiful and intelligent. I just can't get past some of the things on this site that I find really fucked up. And clearly nobody cares. So whatever, I guess. What else can I really do?

Git, the fatphobia on this site is amazing, but sadly, not all that surprising. Over and over again I am disappointed by threads on the boards which only illustrate that even when a person is pierced or tattooed, it doesn't mean they aren't ideologically conservative. If SG is "alternative" porn, why can't there be biggers girls? Why suddenly doesn't the argument revert to "SG can't be all things to all people!!" The worst was when someone went on about how targeted thin girls are - yes, those who fit the dominant beauty standard are so oppressed compared to those who don't. Ugh. The mentality of this place is getting me down.

Feminism anyone? has anyone heard of feminism?

Fat phobia! Hell, from the sounds of that thread its "healthy weight phobia". With many people considering size 10 or 11 fat? My god! Then they equate plus size with fat, sure many times, but come on their are many non-fat (healthy) plus size women. Absolutely disturbing how much KC has eroticized skinniness.

Not to mention this combined with extreme shaving fetishism. Its bordering on pre-pubescent eroticism. Uckh!
