to all things filled with irony fit for a situation comedy in my life-

wasn't it enough to have me fail my drivers test because i went too slow? Why must you now piss me off, getting trid of state ID's so I cannot legally prove that I'm 19? (except now I found out the lady at the DMV lied and I can get a state id... so thank goodness for that). I was talking to oip last night and he suggested that I get a boat liscense. My mother was out by the dmv so I asked her if she could run in and ask what the deal is on this boat liscense. The lady, apparently, looked at her like she was insane. "What does she want with a boat liscense?" Point being, I don't care about the boat part, I just want a legal ID.

Oh-- but what about the time this summer when I nearly blew up the apartment due to the fact I didn't know how to use a gas stove? Or the time only two weeks ago when I got my foot stuck in a boot at the saxs fifth avenue outlet store while playing dress up in clothes that on sale were still much more than I could afford? I sat on the floor for a good fifteen minutes pulling and pulling, but no luck-- so eventually I gave in and wabbled over to the sales lady who then pulled for another 15 minutes. I was starting to think it would never come off. My foot bent in ways it was not supposed to that day.

And then look at the characters in my life-- my mother: a nuerotic ADD petite high pitched woman who annoys everyone beyond belief... a stubborn fat diabetic father with an intelligent mind, a terrible sense of humor, and a bad temper... and a little sister with dyslexia, using that as an excuse to be lazy and throw temper tantrums every two seconds about how she wants ice cream and other nonsense like that. And as for me.. well.. you already know me!
