Saturday update: New pics, more dirt. One more dump run (excavator really underestimated how much dumping would be involved), then the auger bit comes on to dig post holes. Monday will be the time to cement in posts.
Tuesday edit: posts are in, wall should be starting as I type. I have a contractor working at my place while I am working at work. Tomorrow should be adding horizontal redwood boards to fence, then this weekend will be spent raking and leveling dirt, adding seating areas and burying water pipes to the drip irrigation zones.
Thursday edit: wall went in perfectly, fence is great. Order but am waiting on hardware for the gates, I am going to make them sliders (v-groove wheels on angle iron track). Garden scheduled to be installed Monday.

Indeed. If only I didn't need to be in bed by 10pm at the very latest every weekday so I can get enough sleep to make it to work in the early morning and yet still be too poor to sit at a bar and have a few drinks with friends.
...But that's a whole different entry...
You're pretty blessed to have a project like that to keep you busy!
