My boss is kind of a nut case, only the people who actually work under him know it.

You like everyone else would meet him on the street or at an appointment and love him. He's fun and loud and full of energy. But to work for...jesus. He hired me to do a job that he doesn't in any way let me do and I no longer really know where to go with that.

Things constantly change, no matter how much I plan or train or make proposals....at the start they are a "yes" I'm given a time line but then I walk in the next day and it's all chaos again. He keeps pulling me out of things that I'm suppose to be doing (like writting training manuals) to move things from the basement to the production room (?????).

Everything that we were suppose to get accomplished this week isn't going to happen. I don't foresee this company working out. If he can manage to keep it going I would be really really surprised. But he fired everyone and re-hired people and thinks thing can be done in minutes when they take hours.

I don't know whether to look for something else or stay.

I'm probably just being lazy though, this is my third job since I moved here......fuck

I need stability in every part of my life though, for once....
