back and forth back and forth.

i took the promotion at the hotel instead of the sous job. many factors but in the end i think its the best decision right now. good pay, job security, easy commute from apartment and future condo, all factors.

hopefully i won't regret it, but i've actually seen improvment from the management lately, so that's it.
