well so the bday didn't really go as planned. our copper crew fell apart so rode at beav again. had a great day of riding and all that.

at about 2pm i started feeling a little iffy but stayed on the hill and just didn't ride as hard, but after about an hour I had to go down.

as i was taking my boots off i started to feel pain in my stomach and rushed home. by the time i parked at my apartment it was obvious that my evening plans were about to be ruined, and sure enough i started puking as soon as i got into the condo.

the stomach virus that both my roommate's had earlier in the week decided to hit me on my birthday. instead of an amazing dinner i had (and am still having) gatorade by the glass. instead of drinks with friends i slept on and off from 5pm until about 10am today.

not puking anymore but still feeling shitty.
