Last night went really well. we did a plated dinner for 45 people.

i was happy with how everything tasted and looked. actually more than happy, everything came out great.

i also got my summer bonus, which i decided to spend some of it on an XboX. and yes, i'm already addicted to it. i'm getting that shaun white game as soon as it comes out.


gonna ride Vail's white ribbon tomorrow morning and then head to the bar to watch the Bears. assuming of course, the Bears show up for the game this week.
