"Dude, your set rocked, it was like Dieselboy quality even!" That was the funniest thing I heard all night.
The aliens in my guts are multiplying, I wish this stomach flu on NO ONE. Fortunately, my pal took good care of me last night, we went to one of my favorite restaurants, Pizza Luce. Best pizza in Minneapolis. It's nice to reconnect with old pals, get over yourself and differences from long ago. And his set rocked, but I dunno about Dieselboy quality
I had a wacky dream about David Carradine last night, he was trying to teach me kung fu, and I kept laughing, and said, "Is this how you did it on TV?" OK, whatever that means.
On another note, I am very sad to hear about the unrest in the world, it makes you feel so helpless, but yet, keeps things in perspective, right? Right? You appreciate things, and petty squabbles, ego clashes, and jacking off in the sandbox are mere memories of a time when maybe I was like a child throwing a temper tantrum. Not all THAT long ago, but how pathetically one-dimensional and useless.
Still I worry about those closest (no matter how far away distance or estrangement) to me constantly. It's like a very wise person told me, he said, "There is absolutely nothing that you can do to prevent it from happening." This seems to be a recurring lesson....
P.S. I HEART Debbie Harry!
