I've noticed recently while reading many people's journals that MANY people all across the country are being fired/terminated/released/downsized/etc. from their various employments. Also many women have been complaining of worse than usual red cycles. And a large number of people have been moving in with other members of this site. ALL of this within the same past two weeks. And the real kicker is that MANY MANY MANY people have been having some really weird, not scary or boring, but very strange dreams since about the 1st of March. How were YOUR dreams, hrmmmmmm? Just thought I'd point this out to those who miss such signs.

Thanks for the congrats! I learned tonight in class on an electronic scale that I am actually 145 and not 149. Jealous now? lol
Its actually not too hard. Its alot of fun working out. Took me ages to lose weight, but I just quit eating fast food, drink lots of water, don't eat junk food as much, and quit eating huge portions. You don't have to exercise alot, but its good for you at least.

You know I'm jealous AllyCat! LOL! I also rarely drink anything other than water. Sometimes it is funny because I'll go to a restaurant with friends and the waitress thinks I'm being cheap by ordering a pitcher of water.
