My throat is not responding well to the weather.

My entire body aches.

I got my period yesterday, and the blood was almost a dark fuschia color when it first started coming out. It's fine, now, but I suspect something fishy was going on.

But my boy has decided to stay! Cheaper rent and bills, yay! (And the obvious giddiness that he's not leaving, of course.)

Yesterday was the extended version Lord of the Rings marathon over at my friends' house played on a huge-ass projector. It started late in the day-- got there at three, and they'd only gotten to the near-end of the first disc of the first movie, and with all the breaks in between for peeing, smoking, smoking, and dinner, we finished at three in the morning.

And yet again, for the third time out of the three times, I've missed seeing the Return of the King, extended, in its entirety. Only this time, I passed out right after Smeagol killed Deagol and didn't wake up until the end.

And I saw House of Flying Daggers again the day before that. God is it a good movie. Zhang Yimou is a ridiculously good director, especially when you get down to details--the sound, the color, the CG (of which there was much of, again, but well done).

But enough. My stomach rumbles.
