Hello from my Hell ,
have a broken heart is not easy. Cooking meal that was amazing now taste like sand , the tv shows i like is now like faded music to my ears and my warm bed is now an icy ocean.
It's been 2 weeks now that im single ( from a 3 years and half relationship ) ... But seeing old time friends have cheers me up.
but since last weekend , im into good mood now. I can now sleep 7 hours strait and my love for photography and Music( playing guitar ) is back.

Well the moment you think everything's ok and all of a sudden you got that pain feeling in your stomach and head spinning after doing unconsciously your 'ex' favorite dinner. yeah it suck.
What helped is to cut all contact with her.
Seeing friend and doing photography helped
For sure i'll always got a 'itchy' sensation when i'll see my Europe photography ( London/UK .. and Paris/France .... and this year , Las Vegas ) cause i've always been traveling with her.
But heh , its nothing. ( im keeping it positive )
