At the moment I do have tentative plans to be up in the Philly area in the near future. I am currently waiting to hear back from some producers concerning DP'ing their vampire film. Last I heard from them they weren't sure if they wanted HD or 35 and of course I told them that with their respectable budget it made the most economic and artistic sense to shoot film. It sounds as if it could be a damn good shoot if it happens.
As an eerie parallel my heater was also broken while I was touring the midwest. It may not have snowed but it was still bitter cold. Such is life.

Yeah, AB is coming out with a 2 disc set for Dawn, but first they're releasing a 1 disc version. Why? I have no idea at all. I'll wait for the 2 disc'er. The remake sounds like crap. If they'd have shot Roger Avary's script then maybe I'd be interested in checking it out but they didn't so I'm not. That's cool about the Vamp. flick. If you have the budget, always go film. I don't know why anyone wouldn't unless they have a vested interested(cough - lucas - cough). Hope it works out for you!
The whole world sounds as if it's submerged in the blackest ocean. Everything is distant and muted.
