Been a bit. School and work as always. Tonight is an awesome event called Strangebrew here in Humboldt!

This is a fundraiser where local breweries donate kegs of their finest and a special "mystery brew" each to be tasted and rated by attendees! It looks to be an awesome time. Live music and beer games as well as often a screening of the movie Strange Brew. I expect to have as much fun at this event as I've had at Brew At The Zoo and Hops in Humboldt this past year.

"Remember, remember the filth of... shit where did I leave my drink?!"

Somewhat confusing for me, I've recently (the past few weeks or longer) attempted to post on a couple of sets that I've seen that, while I like the model I just didn't enjoy a particular aspect of the set. Sometimes it was a glaringly unfortunate angle or Photoshop touch, or even just a particular lighting or set choice. I was in no way insulting or attempting to troll... but I was surprised to find that, apparently, when I click "Wasn't For Me" that my comment made is not submitted. I didn't bother to try to check until now... and not a one is submitted or view-able that I've found.

I get that trolls and assholes are common on the internet, but if you are supposed to be reviewing a work of art, or at least your personal view of it, shouldn't both sides of the argument be valid? I notice the dickheads will still tag the negative things as identifiers, and I think that's petty and stupid, but why should every comment be, "OMG, So cute wtfbbq!1!!one! <3 it to infinity" instead of constructive criticism? I don't think that's really what I would expect from people if I spent the amount of effort one does when creating a set. Maybe I'm missing the point.

If my posts are accidentally lost or not visible to me through my own error, I understand that I am wrong and it's just a server vs. poster issue. However, If this really is the case, I am quite annoyed. Sure, I can send a personal message with my views, but I think I may end up facing a quick ban bat to the face for "stalking" or giving unwanted solicitations or some such crap. I just thought comments were good or bad in hopes of helping an artistic vision take shape.

In the end, it's not the end of the world. It's not a reason to ragequit the website. It's just a sad occurrence that I've noticed and I'd wished I hadn't.

Annual Buy-Me-A-Beer day has been a success thus far! Liking the Vader on the front page as well. Not a bad time at all.

Thinking of you all while I crack my first Guinness of the day.(traditional ceremonies to follow) Now all of you better go out there an reinforce one of the many negative stereotypes that made this country so damn great...and if you don't drink... well put on Boondock Saints and pretend you bastards.

Lots of shit going on. I've moved twice, started a new school and drank lots of booze. OK, so maybe not all of it is new. But yea, you get the idea. Hope all you fuckers have been well the last few months...

Goddammit I love Popeye's Chicken. Always have. Always will... It just brightens my day. Still, it pisses me off that my part of Orange County requires a 40minute drive round-trip just to find one. I drive it anyways, excited the whole time. I seriously miss living in Texas or Georgia where they're seemed to be one on every corner. And um... in closing: Fuck KFC (except the famous bowl).

Well it's been a fuckin' while. So um yea, the holidays are effectively over (at least the ones that matter, though St. Patrick's is on my horizon...) and I hope everybody has had a great Christmas/Kwanzaa/Festivus and that their new year is doing well despite all these fucking decade wrap up lists that only make me realize how old I'm getting and how quickly time has gone by.

Still, I did get to witness at least one interesting event. The Auld Dubliner near here beat the world record on the worlds largest pint! Guinness of course. That fucker was in like a 14foot pint class and they had to scrape the head off with these large brooms. Pretty cool eh? There was much drinking and merriment.

All in all, good times.

I ended up going with the cheapest possible costume. Strip of white ribbon on my black short sleeved Dicky shirt and black pants. Had a good time imitating the clergy at a nice Hollywood party with some workmates. Especially staggering drunkenly into a Jack in the Box for a milk shake... costumes of note were Nightman and Dayman from Always Sunny in Philadelphia and a homemade link costume. Which was good, but not nearly as awesome as my friends 1 year old who rocked the same thing. Perfect minus the Korki shield.

Blue Moon and it's seasonal are on sale for like 12 bucks at BevMo right now. That's about a buck a beer! Take advantage people, and also remember their 5cent wine sale ends soon.

Damn, every year I have about 10 ideas for a Halloween costume, but this year I cant think of one. Since I'll be working probably anyways I guess it doesn't matter, but still... What are you kids planning to dress up as?
