I felt inspired enough to write this tonight. The influence being a song from Maroon 5. What this is about It's just a jumble of shit that one should never have been written... yet I'm grateful that I did. This will seem like a whine fest, so take it as you want.

I've reached the end of my rope for everything and everyone that I hold dear. My commitments to them have reached an end and there's no one to stop me now. My own life has been on hold for 6 years and I've reached the end for my first bind to this place: university. Everything a girl should be in the eyes of a couple raised in a 1940's Puerto Rico still highly influenced by anal values from ancient extremely catholic Spain (my apologies to anyone from then) is officially gone. Spain was not through conquering us by then I assure you. It's one of the first times that I thoroughly thank America for invading our ass in 1899 to give me a chance to say fuck you and be freed from shit. (nipple piercings definetly did not fit into their equations....they let it be known).

I think anyone has done this for someone at one point or another. Someone inspired such devotion that everything you were became second to what the other person was. But in my case, my people that inspired such a devotion have not much time left. They can say whatever they want...I know the truth. And it's time for me to go. Not by any sense am I abandoning....I'm just restarting. And for some unbelievable reason. They agree. They gave me my life...they want me to live it now.
