I'm looking for someone to explain why socialized medicine is so awful. My wife has been in the ER twice in he last 3 days and is no better than she was before. Where's the goddamn real life "house" when you need him? We've spent at least a few hundred dollars and are no closer to resolving the issue than we were before, she just has more pills to take and a lot of pain. The doctor who can help is "out of network" so despite having really good insurance we can't afford to pay his huge fees that won't be covered by our insurance.
