2 red bell peppers
2 yellow bell peppers
2 tomatoes
1 anaheim pepper
2 cans of yellow corn [or 4 ears of cooked, yellow corn]
1/2 medium red onion
1 can roasted jalapenos
juice two limes
1 tablespoon olive oil

hot peppers to taste:
6 serranos
1 red jalapeno
1 habenero

chop & mix. keeps for 2-3 days
