Tonight is the first meeting of the Anime Club, which I started, and I'm still wondering if anyone is going to show up. We posted flyers all over school. However, several of the students are disenchanted with me for the sole reason that I'm so into anime. So I say, fuck 'em.
I've gotten many emails from students who are trying to sabotage the club as well.
I think before I graduate, I'm going to have my doctorate in small group politics.
Anyway, we're showing DigiCharat, I My Me Strawberry Eggs, The Hakkenden and Vision of Escaflowne. The first two are saccharine and adorably cute. The second two are bloody and beautiful (if you watch them in Japanese).
I'm still taking song requests, by the way. Send me your J-pop song titles and I will translate them ASAP.

Anime Club!! i'm so jealous
wish i could find something like that around here, *sigh* I hope lots of people show up and that all the drama surrounding it clears up fast
