I really hate being in a position where I need to purchase something from a salesperson. Especially when it's a big-ticket item like an automobile or appliance which has to be replaced quickly.

I can't think of any other situation where the more pleasantly you are being treated, the more you feel like you are getting screwed.

Uh oh. That's not good. Good luck. I suggest Energy Star something. Front load washers are much more energy efficient as well, but I don't think they are that cheap.

Mine came with the house. I am lucky that way. But I know they aren't the best and I know they won't last forever.
