So i'm kick boxing the other day. Its realy sonda but we wont get into that right now. And my half wit pad holder goes for a knee but changes his mind mid motion and kicks me sqare in the nizzo's. Shure my life flashed be for my eyes but I did the man thing and sucked it up..god damn that hurts.
What kind of person are you? Are like many who wont do what it takes or ignore the only logical choice thats been laid before them and cry about "oh what will I do?" Thats not me. This is a ego stroke because I get the things I want. I get them because I do what ever it takes. Because when I'm confronted with a problem the first thing to enter my mind is what are my options..or what is my only option. Then I work with it.
I got the job I want. Because I made it happen. Bit the bullet and sucked up the hard sopts. I got the girl I want. I got the body I want because I eat nasty tastless food and work out with like I want somthing out of it.
The days fly by. But every once in a blue moon the people who work for it get to stop and just for a second breath the air that less motivated people will never taste. You stand there and realize that life is good. Its good because you have molded it to be so. I smile and chuckel to myself. Then I put it away and get back to work.

Been doing alot of rock climbing anyone want to go? My body fat is getting a bit too low.. 5.9.% my doc says to try and not let it get any lower. But i can't eat any more. I'll have to chage my diet again. Between my Muscle mass and thyroid, my matabolism is out of controle. But i'll be got damned if i get skinny again I'll just have to take in more food..
