Margaret Cho is going to be involved in a remake of One Missed Call? Fuck that. Ya know, Hollywood already fucked up Ringu; which I've never seen. But when it comes to a Takashi Miike film... how do you remake something like that? Now granted, One Missed Call is much, much, much more subdued that his other films [see: Ichi The Killer, Gozu], but you just can't reinterpret a movie by a man who is so... disturbed. I mean, don't people realize Hollywood just fucks up Japanese movies?

I'm so pissed right now.

I hope nothing happens to the cast and crew, but I hope something happens to the film in general that stops it from being made.
