I too did call centre work for about three years. Towards the end I had to get counselling to help me deal with how badly it affected me. I can't deal with other peoples petty shit. I'm kinda scared to answer the phone at work now in case theres someone screaming at me on the other end. I have no money saved and I'm trying to think up a way to get out of a 14k debt.
I guess this is the weird point so many people hit in their late 20s.
