Today I'm reminded of the cost of freedom. It's been a little over a year and I still miss a brother lost to us because of conflict. How pointless does this all seem sometimes... A brilliant man and true friend gone for no real reason. After 5 years I count myself lucky to still be here, to be able to pick up the torch and carry on their memory. Maybe one day I can let my children know of the giants who walked among men and may still watch over us even now..
