my love life is really confusing. my ex-bf im still totally in love with but i wont get back with him till i can trust he's not doing drugs any more. now today my friend rebecca asked me out and it was awkward. i told her i wasnt looking for a relationship (i gues she was yikes) and gave her a hig and a kiss on the cheek so she would feel better. and then my ex bf found out now hes pissed. grrr and all i want is a new bf/gf i can trust that is cute and has their shit together (like thats too much to ask for lol) but i cant get over my damn ex-bf.
i got $100 of the $140 and he was all bullshitting my bf about how they were gunna sue me for slander since i reported them to the better bussiness bureau but they have a warning to consumers on them because the avoided the bureau's attempt to contact them and the warning will be up there for 3 years. they also tried saying some bullshit how i was writing shit about them on myspace and people sent them alot of shit but i never wrote anyting about the shituation on myspace, just on here cause frankly people on myspace could care less about people business practices. its a free site and those people are cheap ususally. he said they were going to give me my $40 if i took the stuff off better business bureau (which obviously isnt even in my control if i actually wanted to, which i dont ha) thanks for all the support on here. yeah the whole situation is fucked and i do honestly believe the bad business practices are gunna be their bane.

My mom-in-law told me to file a complaint against the tattoo shop with the Better Business Bureau. I just did it online so hopefully ill here something soon.

so here are some posts from the tattoo bog on here that will expand on whats going on with the tattoo thing
so i had an appointent yesterday with a "friend" who just started working at the shop i usually go to. well my first app he had nothing ready and didnt even know what i wanted even though we had been emailing about it for months. we ended up rescheduling for 2 weeks later so he had time to draw up my tattoo and asked for a $140 deposit.
i texted him about an hour before my app and he texted back that he hadnt drawn anything up and he needed me to reschedule for next week. my first reaction was to call him up and bitch him out (i had already missed school for both of my appointments) but i took a breathe and text him back something like well i already missed class for this and i have had two appointments now and havent gotten anything. he then went on to tell me fuck you you are being a bitch dont bother to coming to my shop (ok he just started working there) or any clubs around here (yeah wtf?) and ill give you your money back wednesday.
my bf called the shop and talked to the owner (i was already in tears about this) the owner pretty much told him he didnt want anything to do with it and it was between me and the artist and my bf told him i better get my money back wed (tomorrow) or we are going to take the shop to small claims court.
i feel like i am totally being bullied by this shop. i told my friend who knew the artist about this and she said that another artist (who i happen to already have a tattoo by) did this exact same thing to her friend. i seems like too much to ask for some people to act professional. i do hair and if i would never ever ever treat any of my clients like this!
the shop is artistic element in yucaipa, california and the artist is marco, the owner roman, and the other artist that did this is whitney lenox. please never go here and if you know of anyone who plans on going here please advise them otherwhise! i am just truely hurt and disgusted by these peoples actions.
and now....
so he called my friend and told her that he would drop off my money at the shop. i went there at 5 to pick it up and the owner said he hadnt left anything and he hadnt been in in days. i guess th owner called him then cause the same girl called and said that he had called her again and said he wanted her (not me cause he doesnt want to see me, this is what he said) to go to a club tonight and pick up $100 cause he wanted the $40 as compensation for the drawing that he didnt even complete. i texted her back and told her to tell him (yeah the he said she said bullshit is really anoying the dick wont even face me) that he has a week to either give me the money or drop it off at the shop so i can pick it up or we are suing him in small claims court.
it just accured to me and my mom that if he wants to charge me $40 for the drawing then he owes me the drawing as well.
any advice on what i need to be doing is much appreciated

also i had a tattoo app today with da don jaun de marcos and instead i just put down a down payment and hes just gunna outline my whole leg sleeve and covering up what i wanted to already cover up. so excited i wuv marco. he said hopefully hell show me the drawing after ave wed. so excited hes working at artistic element now also.
poor lala got a $600 phone bill from when she went to vegas. we went down to the strip club in victorville and both have to be 21. poor thing i had to leave her in tears cause she doesnt know what to do and her whole families phones are gunna get turned off on the 1st. =(

im getting a new kittie!
he is about 6 months old
he has a funny ear. he had an ear infection when he was 2 months and it didnt grow in right. the adoption place is calling him "van gogh" but even though im prob one of the biggest vincent van gogh fans (hey gotta love them bipolars) we are naming him Chutney. we will now have two siamese a lilac point, chai, and a flame point, chutney.
yeah obviously im uber excited.
heres a picture of chai's adoption page, they mistakenly called her chi but her medical records call her chai and guess which one she answers to duhhhh.
