Well ello, ello, ello.....
Hope all is well in SG land.... Things have been moving along rather nicely for myself and spring has been making herself more and more known which is like natural adrenaline each time I walk out the door!
The restaurant is getting busier with every week, fucking finally! We opened in September and where getting glimpses of things to come but after our last review (all of which where very positive) people seem to finally understand that we are doing kick ass food. Last Sunday was Easter which is a BIG brunch day, and being that the brunch is all my food I hold a bit of pride in what happens.



The brioche claimed the best quote in description yet!! By three different and unrelated people called it "pillowie" but the best was one of the servers said that it was, "literally like having sex in my mouth". Now I am not sure what her sex life is like, but I am pretty sure that is the response I am shooting for......

I have also been trying to get my extremely French roommate out of the house more. He has been going through a divorce and has two kids from the marriage that live many states away, and his mother died very unexpectedly recently also. I rearranged the entire house to give him a feeling of renewal. (did a pretty damn good job too) I have forced him to come out with me to dinner, shows, and the beach. This French ass mother fucker has lived in Charleston for frickin four years and gone to the beach once, I was all like "FUCK THAT BRO, GET IN THE GODDAMN TRUCK!!!" He really enjoyed himself, I even told him to pick out a couple chicks and that I would pick them up for him, I would play the ultimate wing man in this situation b/c the chick I ended up with was not all that attractive, however they where both really nice and good people which good company is I require any so it worked out, and all we did was have dinner with them anyway, no awkward "no I will not make out with you" conversation...

He has also gotten back into the FB world as well, and it's kinda cute. The other day he asked me to take pictures of him. I of course agreed but I don't think he knew what he signed himself up for I took a series of photos and told him if where just gonna dick around here and take pictures of you with your chef coat on then I am gonna do that shit right. I only have this one still on my phone,

Okay, I would like to announce that I have been thinking about it and decided that I absolutely want to do a set for the SB group. Encouragement is not, exactly needed, however is appreciated and excepted, but what I really need is someone whom would like to work with me on it...... I am oh, so, serious about this, you guys are so amazing and I am jealous and want me some of that self expression!
