My birthday is just around the corner...

So, I'm sure you've all heard by now that Jack Thompson is officially disbarred.

While we would all like to sing, "Ding dong the witch is dead"...we can't because, in proper Thompson form he has files ANOTHER lawsuit.

But, we can stick with the tried and true method that us nerds know well...

Mocking through memes.

So...if Jack Thompson is disabrred...the real question is:

To what degree is he disbarred?

Or, in laymans terms: How disbarred is he?

Apparently video games are off limits until some peripheral is made in pink.

While millions of horrible youtube videos show that girls suck at both guitar hero and fashion sense...



There are a select group of us who do know how to rock.

And, it's insulting when marketing like THIS acompanies two new pink guitars:

Of course, girl gamers haven't made the switch over the the scary next-gen consoles yet.

I'm willing to bet Disney's Aly & Aj wouldn't know how to rock...Guitar Hero or otherwise...if someone hit them over the head with a guitar (and that someone was Lita Ford).

On a much happier note...

Tonight is the SG Slumber Party at Ruby Syke.


I've got a couple of my friends together to go out to dinner beforehand and we're all meeting at the Cheesecake Factory around 8. So, if anyone wants to come PM me!

I have to get there around 7 (yes, I am that lame) to put our names on the list 'cause apparently, they don't take reservations . So, if you want to come sit and chill with me for an hour beforehand that's cool too.

I am a huge fan of two things: Comic Books and Sexy Girls.

And, I love it when the two are smooshed together.

It's pretty much my entire reason for defending Gen 13 from the critics.

I mean, come on, could you say no to Rainmaker and Freefall?


That's what I thought.

So, in the grand tradition of hotties in comics there's Fathom.

I've bought many editions of this just base don covers such as this one:


And, with something SO visually stunning, it makes sense to adapt this work to the big screen.

(Keeping in mind the horrible debacle that was Witchblade)

But, after the tragic loss of Michael Turner this year, things are finally starting to look up for the movie adaptation of Fathom.

REALLY UP.

Megan Fox has just signed-on to play Aspen.

Fox Atomic which is now handeling the picture had this to say:
