It's been awhile since you wrote this, but if you ever return know that if you have a PC running windows you can OPEN the pic in PAINT (FILE; OPEN - then browse to the pic file) and then choose IMAGE then STRETCH/SKEW then in the STRECH box change the value from 100% down to 50% or any number smaller than 100 and then save the pic and wa-la you have a small pic. I usually save-as so as to not change the original copy. Some programs you can actually SAVE-AS a different size, but the above works like a charm.
