I just updated my profile... finally. Yay me!!! I figured that, while I'm at it, I'll post my first blog. Yay me!!! I really don't have much to say. I recently moved to Seattle with my girlfriend on a whim. We were living on the east coast in the DC area and decided to try out the Pacific NW. We've been out here for four months and have made hardly any friends and we're broke as a joke because we spent $2500 to get out here. I must say, though, that coming out here was quite an experience. Picture me, my girlfriend, the dog and the cat all packed inside the cab of a U-haul truck with everything we own packed in the back and our car in tow. Now, picture us all driving for FOUR DAYS across the country. The cat is drugged, giving a constant, low, "Why are you doing this to me?" meow. The dog is restless, my girlfriend is restless, I am restless. Lot's of Red Bull.
We are liking it out here so far, but I suppose it could be better if we had a few friends to hang out with and show us around. I'm such a sob story. Time to get drunk.
