Try reacting differently.. it might help, ya know? Just be someone different the next time conflict arises. Exude warmth and love - without actually exhibiting it.. Imagine that you're just radiating calmness and warmth in a circle around you.. it might change how the conflict progresses.. make it easier on yourself.

Hm. I know a lot about that, especially with my ex. It went so bad that i decided to not talk to her for a while. Which of course she took bad, and told me "goodbye forever".
Do i care? Yes, but does it make a difference? No, i think i made the good decision for now and if i want to talk to her again one day, i will. But for now, no thank you. I had enough of all that drama.
