To say that I'm not very active on this site would be like saying the arctic gets a little chilly round about winter time; I'm hoping to amend this situation and have finally slapped up some pictures from my last trip to the UK.
One of the main reasons that I've been so inactive is that I've been so damned busy of late that I can barely see straight. I moved into an amazing co-op with 13 other people here in downtown Sacramento and spend most of my time climbing rock formations, working on garden designs, reading books about permaculture, riding my bicycle, meditating and taking trips to the East Bay to chill and work with the
Prisoners Literature Project (which sends books to the U.S. prison population).
My life, it's so difficult. Seriously folks, I haven't been this happy in years and years and years.
My job situation is also amazing. Well, it's amazing in that I only work 12 hours a week and do quite well for myself, though I am looking to transition into something a little more garden oriented; we'll see how things shake out in the next several months.
Also, I finally changed my username, which was something I didn't initially put a lot of thought into; I feel that this moniker is much more representative of my political and philosophical views on life.
Anyway, I hope all are well and thriving.
Peace be the journey,
A.D.
