And I'm just super happy for that. My boyfriend gave me 5 gold coins so I can buy it. He's really caring, even in the game ! He's helping me with tough dungeons too. Soon I will be able to go on raids with him and the rest of the guild. *nerd nerd nerd*
Okay so let's go to some more down to earth things. I'm starting a PriceMinister account, so I can sell many things I don't wear anymore, or shoes I bought that are too big for me. Many of these things are designer ones, and some are prototypes I got, cause some time ago I was working in the haute couture industry.
So you're gonna ask me, why not an ebay account ? Weeeeelll, I got into trouble with eBay some time ago, cause I think the rates they take on what you sell are far too expensive (and had too many people finally not buying)! And I don't like PayPal. So the prices are fixed in my PriceMinister shop, but if you like something and think it's too expensive you can send me a message and we can discuss about it. There are not too many things there for now, but I will add some more soon. I have bags and shoes and clothes waiting (I will put online some handbags, more designer shoes and a Viktor & Rolf suit - no, not the H&M one) I so need to empty my closet !! I live in only 50m2 and I feel like my house looks like a fitting session for Vogue ! I need space ! (to fill it up later ... yeeees ... )

I've been thinking of all this SG stuff ... (please mind it's an unemployed protein deficient drunkard animal rights terrorist speaking, which means that may not fit in your opinions)
So what's new with that ? Every scene called its own form of expression "art", which means a lot of thinking and a lot of norms, but yet no concrete idea, or project or whatever.It's a reprentation of something that's supposed to be cool and to cross the line. So we're all sticking to old standards of beauty or of whatever we call pretty to the eye (tell me WHAT is beauty ?). It's weird enough SG reclaims itself as a feminine powered community, but seems like it's ruled by men anyway (WHO pays to see you huh ?). So standards are set by a community of moderators/staff and users whose standards are set in stone. period. Anything new about this ? Ok read on ... Now girls can apply to send in sets, that are rewarded $0 unless someone finds them interesting enough. So it's a clean nice catfight between girls, or kinda. Ok wonderful. Porn actresses (yes softcore ones too) are paid in advance, and yet they have more stretch marks than you after 4 pregnancies. Got it ?
So what's the point with me and this stuff ? Well nothing really. The site is cool to promote ideas, the stuff you do as a visual artist/musician/whatever you do (yeah knitting hehe!), but the system has its limits ... and it's rotten to the core. Representation of women has been banal, yet boring, since ... huh I'm not counting. Grace and feminity gave up on the-set-we-should-put-on-cause-we-do-twice-a-day ... or whatever.

It's no more about what's beautiful, it's now about what sells. (ooooh andy warhol said that before me :p )

sooooo it's been a busy week. I'm still looking for a job, but now I have sent many resumes+cover letters. I keep my fingers crossed !
I spent my week thinking about stuff ... I really want to do a new photoset, cause I like less and less that one here. don't get me wrong, the photos are ok but it's not really me. It needs more r'n'r, more mess, more random stuff, I'm thinking about ont that is self shot, or with a toy camera, or a night time one, something like this.

so today I bought a domain name !! Yeah !!

Now my online portfolio won't be limited to http://mystuff.providername.com, and I have bought a mySQL database so it's gonna be super rad ! I'm totally nerdy today !
