All quiet on the western front...
If you had to go without some food product forever and ever from today on, under pain of extreme pain, which would be the most difficult for you to give up?
I think for me that'd be dairy products. Now technically I shouldn't be eating them anyway, but... cheese, ice-cream, milk in my tea, I'd feel completely deprived never to be able to have those again. Plus, whey is in an immense number of things, But suffice it to say alcohol and sugar would be very close runners-up.
P.S. I take it all back, I love living in the boon-docks, I just saw a freaking coyote!!

garlic would also be tough to give up.
i totally understand reciprocal mind-body dis-ease. i have studied a lot about chakras, and in particular the continuity between different life themes and mental and physical health. for example, chakra 4 is the heart chakra, related to love and breath. if, for any number of reasons, energy is deficient here (like bad parental messages about love, or terrible betrayal and heartbreak) then the person is likely to have heart trouble, angina or some kind of "pinched" feeling, and will breathe really shallowly or forced.
i totally believe that physical illness originates in psychological disruption. and people's immune systems are so routinely weak because of, well, modern life, that it's not hard for them to get sick. i could go on and on and on...
