New video. I haven't practiced very much lately, as I've been packing, moving and unpacking. Almost completely settled in the new place now. I have my very own space for poling, too, which is fantastic, as I no longer have to share space with a big ass printer, and other stuff I'd have to wheel out of the office every practice. New pole dance practice video. I've just started being able to do a shoulder mount which is that janky looking move I do where I flip my feet over my head. It hurts. Real bad.

I just put a new poling practice video. I'm definitely getting better. Acquired some new tricks, some of which still look really sloppy, and am learning some inverted moves.. which look ungraceful at best.. but believe it or not look better then they did at first.
