During the last three years I did a course of studies on Japanese culture. I think Japan has always been on my mind since I was little and there are many reasons as to why I feel connected to it, even though I've never been there. For instance, Japanese erotic art has been an inspiration for my work as a model. "Shunga" is a type of Japanese erotic art typically executed as a kind of ukiyo-e, often in woodblock print format from the Edo period.
