There was also a problem with the payment method (need the sec numbers off the back of the card) and they won't get back to me!(!!!!!!!!!) I'ma call them all day on the hour every hour until they respond and stop sending all their calls straight to voicemail. Damn Apple Store 
I'm currently using my folks' computer just to get my 'net fix.
