It's an old cliche that one only finds that sort of thing when you're not looking for it, but that's often the way it's worked out for me. I don't have advice beyond getting yourself out there and being social and active. I think it's actually more difficult for a cute girl in your type of situation since the (totally wrong) stereotype is that girls can't be horny like guys and enjoy sex for the fun of it, and similarly girls shouldn't take the initiative in such things but should wait for a guy to pursue them instead. Pretty fucked up, but there it is.
