For no specific reason, I greatly enjoy writing for the newswire. Yesterday marked the first day of mostly original content. I suppose, more than anything, it was commentary. All the same, what is the deal with Animal Crossing? I mean really, I have this huge debt to work off, so I collect pears, and sell them to the guy that I owe my debt. I will admit when I saw the puppy shirt in the pattern store, and tried it on, I may have giggled, and bought it for many bells. It's a PUPPY!
Anyway. A friend went off to Japan for three weeks, and left Dynasty Warriors 5 at my place. So Much Fun. I made a custom charactly, aptly named Posh, that wields these awesome baghnakh kind of weapons. I have not had that much fun playing a new game in a long, long while. Constant crazy action. I greatly enjoy running ahead of the troops and slaughtering camps on my own.
In a completely unrelated realm of things me, I feel the boringness of a plateau phase right now. I've been here for a year, and I don't feel I've used my time well, and I'm just at this point where I want more, but there are things in my way. Things that can't be sorted in any kind of short period. It's sort of depressing. Combined with having to sleep alone every night for the time being, in a new apartment, my nights are often sleepless. On the positive side of things, I've found two motivating people I greatly enjoy talking to. Both gerry_d and helen_jupiter are wells of unintentional motivation.
And again, on a different topic, Monday I was awoken by arguing, at 6:50am, outside my apartment. The heated argument pertained to this guy needing space, and the girl not giving it, or something. I guess he was grabbing her, causing her to screech a bunch, and then yelled about wanting her phone. Okay, so the thing that confuses me the most is, while space is a common conflict in relationships, who the hell argues about that at 6:50 on a Monday morning?!
