As long as it contains a shitload of calories and cream or chocolate or both, I would say a pavlova is equally as good as cake.

If it's made with love, it's all good.

i've made wheat free cakes n they are okay.. am sure your just being too hard on yourself girl! they norm end up tasting abit different anyway... what flour are you trying to use?
