Just got back from my Dr.'s appointment. I've been diagnosed with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. It's a bacterial disease caused by tics. Eeewww.... I don't remember or have any signs of being bitten by a tic, but I guess only 20% of people do. Anyhow, this diagnoses is just an educated guess from the dr., but after looking it up I think it's right. I'm glad I started taking the antibiotics as soon as I started getting the rash, because the rash turns into something nasty if you let it. I was lucky to only have some spots on the palms of my hands and soles of my feet. They took some more blood from me (the nurse was a cutie ), 8 vials to be exact, and they're going to test for rocky mountain fever and then I'll know for sure what I had. I also found out that I'm anemic. Not really a surprise though.
After my appointment I went to the store and picked up a carrot muffin. Yum. Then over to the pharmacy to have my DBA license application notarized. And to make me happier, they don't charge to have things notarized. It's donation only. I donated, of course. Then I came home, and what did I find in the mail? My Certificate of Authority to vollect sales and use taxes under Articles 28 and 29 of the New York State Tax Law. Basically, I got my tax id number that allows me to buy wholesale and collect sales tax on items sold in NY. Excited!! I'm going into the city, maybe tomorrow or the next day to purchase lots of pretty shiny jewelry. I'll be posting a link to buy from me soon. Remember ladies, prom is coming up and every girl needs the perfect earring and necklace set.
So now I'm home, eating my muffin with a cup of tea I made. I'm going to take a nap, as I'm very sleepy, and then I think I'm going to into town and pick up some job applications. Hehe... job applications... it's been a while. Job interviews and resumes yes, but filling out job apps... it's been a while. I'm kind of looking forward to it. Is that odd? Eh.
I think maybe I'll go to H&M today later after my nap, and after my trip to town. I need to return some things I bought a while ago that didn't fit the person they were bought for. Need to get the right sizes.
I'm learning how to read Japanese.

I made vegan chicken korma for dinner with brown basmati rice, It's no little Delhi, but I have to say it's still pretty damn good... close even.

I'm so jealous of you, you fashion diva! with that business license of yours, you need to start your own clothing line! all i'm gonna say about my dress is that it is along the lines of a corset business suit from a designer in that great town of yours!!!
