Wait until the summer picks up. All the Pride activities, the Folsom Street Faire, local events all around, especially in Crissy Field and Washington Square Park. Oh yeah, the concerts. Basically, you never need to leave the seven square miles can comprises The City.

I would think life in San Francisco would be better than LA in many ways.

I've been to San Fran once and we really enjoyed it. We'd went to her cousin's wedding in Berkeley and took a trip to SF for a day. I def suggest a duck tour, it was neat!
