One more day, and I'm done with my exams, wooohooooo!
I can't wait, it's been such a crappy week!
And as my father pointed to me, I always manage to start diets and such right in the middle of my exams, so it's also been a cranky week... (but i lost 3 pounds, yay!)
I've been trying so hard to lose weight this year (I kind of lost the war against freshman 15 last year), but anything I tried seemed to do nothing: I tried to eat half less, did not change my weight, tried to have a better diet, with lots of veggies and all, did not work. Tried to go twice as much to the gym, still nothing.
So yeah, for now, 3 pounds seem good to me
Do you guys have like, miracle diets that worked for you? Except the, drink lots of water, eat veggies and fruit diet?
