but yeah i did telephone customer service for about a year and i was absolutely miserable for that year, i just assumed every person i came across was an asshole because everyone on the phone was an asshole, it was for credit cards so i used to fuck with the ones that were the biggest assholes, you think huffing and puffing is going to get you something i was quite the opposite, i gave nothing to those ones and everything to the people who admitted being wrong and were nice and professional about it

I just read it. Does that blow your mind? Then again, I feel the same way about my blogs. Sometimes I'll write something and it seems like no one reads it, then the next time I write something, I get like 12 comments.

Now my job is corporate but before that I managed a small music store. When people where rude we could/and would be rude back. Its a music store ^_^ we gave off that in your face attitude........though looking back maybe thats why the store is no longer around lol
