Interesting article. Some of the business language they use just sounds a little odd when you know they're talking about porn, maybe me chuckle a few times. Perhaps like the music industry they need to start embracing new media rather than fighting it. Though, I think they'll have a tough time convincing Steve Jobs to let them into the iTunes Store.

I also think it has to do with the proliferation of sites where you can get free scene/movie downloads.
