So, being the help person, I am quite often (I'd say probably almost always) the first person people contact when they have a problem. This problem is often the fact that although we informed them many times during the signup process, including in big red letters before they entered their card information, they somehow missed the fact that they were going to be rebilled. After they are billed $9 a month after they signed up, they get angry. They write help requests insisting they get refunded that $9 and get very upset if I don't respond within an hour, even if it's in the middle of the night. When I inform them that I will not be giving them a refund, they get very upset. They call me nasty names. I think the worst thing anyone can ever think of to call me is "cunt", which amuses me. Apparently it's like, the worst thing you can call a woman. A cunt. Oh man, that cuts me to the very core! Cunt! Ouch!

Today I got something new. Someone who was obviously very upset about something that happened on the site and the fact that they got zotted actually made a threat on my life. I don't know who it is because they cleverly inserted "fuck you" into all the fields, and a lot of the request means nothing to me; apparently they think that someone other than me reads them and can figure out who sent the request and who zotted them. Me? I don't know. Frankly, I think it's pretty fucking weak to threaten me anonymously. I don't even know what I might have done to this person to make them want me dead. Did I rape their sister? I don't recall raping anyone recently. Perhaps when they were a n00b I told them I would kill them and they took me seriously. So that was weird. Perhaps it was the same person who sent this:

Isn't it odd that your own people are the ones causing the hell you now live. Who do you trust. You have created a war based on EGO. How ignorant to think that you are THE MAN. WTF. What happens when it all comes crashing down? What then? Reinstate all members you deleted or zotted and avoid huge legal fees. Eliminate censorship of the community and allow the community to take care of itself. You had a beautiful thing going, but obviously the EGO got too big. Deflate it and enjoy what has been created. This is sound advice. If you think I am wrong, picture a life in debt, legal fees, defamation suits, possible constitutional rights infringement, libel, slander, retaliation violations, wire fraud, obscenity violations, etc. Your surrounding community decides what is appropriate standards. WAKE UP!!!!!

You know, if someone really wants to get their voice heard by the staff, they should email the staff. Sending me a help request does nothing. I have absolutely no control over the content of the site. I suppose they get to vent their frustration over whever the fuck it is their frustrated about, but in the end it gets them nowhere. All it does it make me cringe. It does nothing to change what happens at SG. No one tells me anything. I'm like Siberia or something. People submit help requests asking why they were zotted and I have no fucking idea. We have a "renew your membership" special? I don't hear about it until someone submits a help request complaining that their code won't work. So people actually think I know what the fuck all this recent drama is about? HAHAHA!! Holy shit! I'm the last to know about anything. Everything I know concerning the recent drama I've heard from members, so who the fuck knows how true it is. The rest of the staff tells me nothing.

To sum up:

Fuck your nine bucks and your crappy insults.
Please don't send me death threats.
No, I don't know why you were zotted.
If you have suggestions, email them to someone who can do something, because telling me does nothing.
If you take your frustrations out on me, I will not hesitate to take my frustrations out on you.
