Of all the US bands you had to pick to like and you picked Our Lady Peace? They had like one slight radio hit about what? 5 years ago and they have been playing radio station festivals and college frat shows hre ever since.

Our Lady Peace is from Canada, as I know all too well... When their first album hit I kinda dug 'em, but man did they wuss out fast. What's that new shit they've got, "We are all innocent"? Yeah, I really wanna hear that insipid crap 50 times a day. It's probably not so bad for you Nikolai, but shit, in Canada we've had those bastards crammed down our throats in heavy rotation for years, and their albums just keep getting softer and softer. Make mine Avril any day, although Raine Maida is kinda hot.

Oh yeah I get that. Same thing can be said for loads of bands though. Darlek's into some pretty good stuff, not my sound though, getting more into the girl-metal like Kittie and Sugarcoma

Sorry I meant North American or this side of the pond. I know all too well too. When they play in town it's just like every white hat, every kid with long hair that likes Highlander, anyone with a hemp neclace, and person past 12 grade in high school with "spiked" hair and if you're lucky all the muscle bound guys wearing independent clothing and have never used a skateboard or anything with a flaming skull they all come out of the woodwork. Anyway not a fan of the college rock.

if you love the band, go see them. Leave before Avril comes on. She's really simple to avoid. I think she's cute, and I don't get confronted with her at all, so I don't know how everyone who hates her has to deal with her all the time.
