The Broadways

Anyone here like this band?

I really don't know what it is about them but I still to this day can say they are one of my favorite punk bands to ever exist.

I like them pretty good. But I think thats maybe because Slapstick is one of my favorite bands ever. I like the Lawrence Arms a lot too.

The Broadways are awesome....fortunately though everyone in that band has gone on to make awesome more awesome music as well. The whole "family tree" of Slapstick(consistening of all the bands that have branched off of Slapstick is really awesome...often times my friends and I will argue over who should of stayed together. I have been to over 15 Lawrence Arms shows and can say that Brenden Chris and Neil are some of the most awesome guys to talk to...if you find yourself at Larry Arms show...i would suggest talking to one of them...also check out the band Tuesday for a softer side of the Slapstick family tree if you havent already...

Yeah I have heard the bands from that family tree so to say. All are really good. I just think the broadways are the best. I've met lawrence arms a few times. We even made a road trip to see them in their hometown since they used to make so many references to the city. Honestly seeing chicago made like all of those bands even more expecially lawrence arms.
