Grant McLennan of the Go-Betweens, RIP

So, I just found out that Grant McLennan, of the amazing Australian band the Go-Betweens, died in his sleep today.

I don't know much about him, but I have a couple of the band's mp3s. 48 is way to young.

oh shit. sad.

Great, great, great band. Fantastic songwriter (as is Robert Forster, his partner in the Go-Betweens).

16 Lover's Lane and Before Hollywood are such good albums. It's a wonder that they were never absolutely huge.
