i have an idea. i want to play nothing but snotty rocknroll. you know, from 50's black slammin soul, 60's snotty teenage trash, 70's assrock, 80's punk, 90's nostalgia, and i guess whatever is good these days. none just stones/johns children/hives stuff you find in clubs but actuall snotty nasty but danceable rock.
Find a crappy bar, a really dingy one that is good for drinking and other rock n' rollesque activities. Ofer them a drinking crowd on like a Thursday night. Find all your friends, flyer rock shows, hang em up at the record stores and get it listed in the paper's club dates section. So long as the shit you play rocks and the whiskey is cheap just watch the people roll in.
